Titusville Housing Authority (THA) is dedicated to fostering vibrant communities by providing accessible, safe, and quality housing options for individuals and families in need. THA provides housing through the Public Housing and Section 8 (Housing Choice Voucher) Programs in the City of Titusville in Brevard County. THA provides 255 Public Housing units and manages 763 Vouchers for area landlords.
Titusville Towers is owned and operated by Titusville Housing Authority. Titusville Towers Assisted Living Facility focuses on exceptional care in a fun, friendly setting. Assisted living services are delivered by certified staff and the program is licensed by the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration.

Assisted Living Facility
We extend our commitment to care and support for our elderly and disabled community members through the provision of an Assisted Living Facility. Our facility is designed to provide a comfortable and secure environment, promoting independence while ensuring residents receive the necessary assistance to enhance their quality of life.
Section 8
Recognizing the diverse needs of our community, we strive to enhance housing affordability through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. By partnering with landlords and tenants, we facilitate access to quality housing while promoting economic independence and self-sufficiency.
