There is basic monthly rent charged for the apartment, along with an Assisted Living Liability cost. Residents who need financial assistance may apply for a Medicaid Waiver.
Qualifications:
Residents of Titusville Towers must be at least 62 years of age, eligible for public housing, and need assistance with activities of daily living.
Assisted living services are delivered by certified staff and the program is licensed by the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration.
