Residents of Titusville Towers must be at least 62 years of age, eligible for public housing, and need assistance with activities of daily living.

Titusville Towers Assisted Living Facility focuses on exceptional care in a fun, friendly setting. The facility is a 120 unit high rise which offers one bedroom apartments with full kitchens and bathrooms. The first floor boasts a beautifully renovated common area for activities; plus full dining and laundry facilities. The Towers offers many amenities designed to make residents comfortable, safe and happy.

• Minimum income of $854.00 or family can contribute.
• If a resident has assets in addition to their monthly income (SS, Pension, etc.) they would fall under private pay:
  • $2,043 per month, plus 30% of monthly income. Not to exceed $2,900 at this time.
• If a resident has only their monthly income, (SS, pension, etc.) and less than $2,500 in assets, we can inquire about getting them financial assistance through the Medicaid Waiver Program.
• Please note that we are a HUD property, so annual income cannot exceed $55,950 per individual, and $63,950 per couple. (Capped income changes annually).
• There is a basic monthly rent charged for the apartment, along with an Assisted Living Liability cost. Residents who need financial assistance may apply for a Medicaid Waiver.
